With the expansion of the racing fan base in Korea, the KRA has been committed to spreading horse racing nationwide. In response, the KRA commenced construction of a new LetsRun Park in Korea's second largest city, Busan, in August 2001, with its opening in September 2005.

  • Geandstand capacity : 1 building, 30,000 persons
  • Saddling area : 1 building, 30 stalls
  • Stable area : 42 buildings, 1,008 stalls
  • Racetrack(left-handed)
    • Outer teack - 2,000m(L) ; 25m(W)
    • Inner teack - 1,470m(L) ; 25m(W)
    • Homestrstch - 500m(L) ; 25m(W)
    • Training track - 1,300m(L) ; 20m(W)

The main facilities of the BusanGyeongnam LetsRun Park are as follows

  • Track

    There are three sand tracks. The circumference of inner and outer race tracks is 1,470m and 2,000m respectively, and 25m in width. Training track is 1,300m in length and 20m in width. The home straight has a 460m run to the winning post.

  • Grandstand

    Here is 1 grandstand which accommodates 15,000 people and is equipped with various facilities for the convenience of racing fans.

  • Stable

    The stable area can accommodate about 1,000 horses.

  • Horse Theme
    &
    Riding Park

    The Horse Theme & Riding Park is the area of the park where visitors will be able to enjoy its many features that horse related exhibition and experience facilities. Currently, the features include children's pony riding, racing simulation machines, children's multi entertainment area and the four season sled hill, which can be used in all seasons.
