As an enterprise that contributes to the nation's economic development and the promotion of
leisure activities for the public through the implementation of horse racing and the horse industry,
we actively practice human rights management, prioritizing human dignity and value.
To this end, we define the responsibility to respect the human rights of our employees and stakeholders.
We hereby proclaim this Human Rights Management Charter as the standard for conduct and value judgment
to be observed by all executives and employees in all domestic and international business activities,
and pledge our commitment to its practice.

  • 1. We respect and support international standards and norms concerning human rights, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Core Conventions, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
  • 2. We continuously monitor, review, and follow up to prevent human rights violations that may occur to employees and stakeholders due to our management activities, and we strive for prompt remedy.
  • 3. We shall not discriminate against any employee or stakeholder based on religion, gender, race, educational background, region, disability, age, or political opinion.
  • 4. We guarantee the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, and pursue common prosperity based on trust between labor and management.
  • 5. We do not tolerate any form of forced labor or child labor in all our business activities.
  • 6. We promote industrial safety and health by creating a safe and hygienic working environment.
  • 7. We treat horse-related personnel, partners, and subsidiaries fairly, promote mutual growth, and support and cooperate to ensure that human rights respect is realized throughout the entire horse industry supply chain.
  • 8. As the specialized institution for fostering the horse industry, we lead the prevention of horse abuse and the promotion of animal welfare, and comply with all relevant animal protection laws and regulations.
  • 9. We respect and protect the human rights of residents in the areas where we conduct our business activities.
  • 10. We comply with domestic and international environmental laws and regulations, and strive for environmental protection and pollution prevention.
  • 11. We respect the safety and privacy of stakeholders, protect personal information collected in the course of business, and guarantee stakeholders' right to access information.
