KRA is an organization contributing to social welfare and leisure by operating fair horse
racing and developing the horse industry.
As such, KRA implements social values and pursues sustainable development in cooperation
with all stakeholders by practicing human rights management that values human dignity.
To this end, KRA is committed to respecting the human rights of
stakeholders including employees, business partners and local communities,
by declaring the following Human Rights Management Charter:

  • 1. KRA respects and supports international standards and norms on human rights, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
  • 2. KRA ensures the human rights of all stakeholders are respected and strives to provide prompt and active relief to violations.
  • 3. KRA prohibits discrimination against any stakeholder on the grounds of religion, gender, race, academic background, regional background, disability, age or political orientation.
  • 4. KRA guarantees freedom of association and respects the right to collective bargaining. KRA pursues co-prosperity based on mutual trust between labor and management.
  • 5. KRA prohibits any form of forced labor or child labor, and complies with all labor principles recommended by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and ratified by the state in relation to health, safety and working hours.
  • 6. KRA promotes health and safety in the workplace by ensuring safe and clean working conditions.
  • 7. KRA treats all stakeholders in the horse industry including subcontractors fairly and strives for co-development, and co-operation in practicing human rights management.
  • 8. As an organization dedicated to developing the Korean horse industry, KRA leads in the prevention of horse abuse and the promotion of animal welfare, and complies with animal protection laws.
  • 9. KRA respects and protects the human rights of local residents.
  • 10. KRA complies with domestic and foreign environmental laws and regulations, and strives for environment protection and pollution prevention.
  • 11. KRA respects the privacy of stakeholders, protects personal information collected at work, and guarantees stakeholders' rights to access information held on them.
